Amazingly we completed the 2.7km Amble course in 42 mins, something of a family best given we struggled to make it off the bed/sofa and onto the course for a late 12:04 start. We came 10th of 21 today. Lina in particular enjoyed the competitive twist.
The second of eight possible Keyne-O course run one Sunday each month by the South Midland Orienteering Club and Milton Keynes Parks Trust. If we complete of over seven of the woods this season then the kids get medals.
They are a great way to explore undiscovered green spaces around Milton Keynes. Today we discovered wood carvings and Rupert the Bear was holding the 10th and final marker

Very vibrantly spring with bud break, bluebells, wood anemones, buttercups, daisies, dandelions, thorn, and cherry blossom in abundance.
